ADS1278-SP: Footprint

Hi,

Good day.

Our customer is using the ADS1278-SP and they want to have the footprint for this device.

As they checked the product folder, it seems that the footprint for this is unavailable. Can you please help us provide this to our customer?

    Hello Cedrick,

    The package dimensions are included in the datasheet.  However, it is not possible to include a PCB footprint since the leads are unformed, and the final board footprint will depend on the customer's specific lead form requirements.

    For the ADS1278-CVAL evaluation board, we use Fancort to lead form the devices before assembly on the board.
