Hi Jejomar,
An estimation of the chip-junction temperature, TJ, can be obtained from the following equation:
TJ = TA + ( R θJA × PD ) = 25˚C + (95.7˚C/W*65mW) = 31.22°C
where:
TA = ambient temperature for the package ( °C ) – 25°C as an example
RθJA = junction to ambient thermal resistance ( °C / W ) – 95.7°C/W for TSSOP package, 31.9°C/W for WQFN package
PD = power dissipation in package (W) – 65mW for ADS8681
