Part Number: ADS52J90

I have some problems with the use of ADS52J90. I have now configured it in 16-channel、1× data rate mode.But when I debugged, I found that the use of the channels was abnormal.Just like the AIN1 channel can control the output of all the channels, input from other channels does not work.There should be no problem with my register configuration.I don't know what the problem is.The picture is the register I configured.I hope to get the advice of the predecessors.Thank you very much.

    Hi,

    You can try couple of things

    1) Check if you are applying hardware reset after device is powered up. Hardware reset is must for device. Refer to "Power Sequencing and Initialization" section in datasheet,

    2) First confirm if LVDS interface is working well or not. You can do so by enabling the test  and see if you get the expected output or not. Refer to "8.4.6 LVDS Test Pattern Mode" section for more details.
