AFE4404: PPG sensor which does not work with linearity

Hello TI experts,

my customer considers PPG sensor on their product, so i found the link on TI.com ;

and my customer wants to find PPG sensor which does not work with linearity, because other company have patent about using PPG sensor working with linearity. so they want to avoid the patent.

but I cannot find any information about linearity with PPG sensor, even datasheet and TI.com.

could you help me to find this product?
