Hello,

I have already purchased the device, but I was wondering if there is a sample MATLAB algorithm that could be used in order to actually visually see and calculate the SpO2 levels.

We do not have MATLAB algorithm for estimating SpO2.

No, there weren't any. The device EVM comes with a GUI that can be used to configure the device and visually look at the ADC data (PPG and ECG). The GUI does not include any algorithms for estimating Heart rate or SpO2 etc.,

How would I access the GUI? My device only came with the cord, chip, and LED.
