ADS54J20 DC offset

when I use ADS54J20,I find some spurs at fS / 4 and fS / 2.This is the reason that I don't use dc offset correction blocks ,but I don't find this description in ADS54J20 datasheet,can I config the ADC in method about ADS54J40 or ADS54J60?

Zhijie,

You can use the latest copy of ADS54J60 data sheet for the ADS54J20. They are the same except the ADS54J20 only has 12 bits of output. The ADS54J20 data sheet will be updated to include the new information in the future.

Dear jims:

I add some register in order to freez DC offset correction block,

0x4005 0x01

0x4004 0x61

0x4003 0x00

0x4002 0x00

0x4001 0x00

0x6068 0x82

0x7068 0x82

but from FFT's result ,it seems doesn't work normal ,(no input signal),because wave out code not at 2048,it's out code from 0 to 4096,

what can i do ?
