ADC16DX370: test pattern mismatch to datasheet

Part Number: ADC16DX370

We have a design using the ADC16DX370. We're enabling the ADC test pattern through the DATA_CTRL register. We're seeing the output as 0, 26328, 0, -26328, but the datasheet says the pattern should be 0, 26280, 0, -26328. Is the datasheet wrong for the max positive value?

Hi Michael,

I would imagine that the datasheet is incorrect and what you are seeing is the correct range for the test pattern. I'll check around a bit further and update if I come across any additional info.

Hi Michael,

I couldn't find any additional info in our archive for this part. I'm checking around with the team and will update again if/when we find something. The captured range /test pattern values just seems like too much of a coincidence for it to not be a datasheet typo. However I will continue the search for answers, stay posted.

Hi Michael,

This has been confirmed as a typo. See below image from design team regarding this part. Also, they have mentioned that the RTL also says 26328 for both the positive and negative value.
