Hi Zhonghui,
Since the ADS1231 does not include a load cell, it does not measure weight directly. Therefore, the maximum weight would be determined by the load cell you choose, not the ADC.
The ADC measures the bridge output voltage. As long as the output voltage is less than the ADC's full-scale range, the ADC can measure that voltage.
You can check out the following link for more details on how to correlate the load cell specifications to ADC parameters: https://training.ti.com/defining-noise-performance-low-speed-delta-sigma-adcs?context=1139747-1140267-1128375-1140017-1140209

Hi Bryan,
Thanks for your response however I hope to get more reply from you,The load cell I am using is "ADI ARTECH" brand, I am not using bridge load cell I am using single loadcell with four wire output , see the link www.adiartech.com/productdetail.aspx for more details
Best regards,
Hi Zhonghui,
The load cell you linked to has a maximum capacity of 3000kgf, which describes the maximum applied force to the load cell (similar to a newton).
Is this sufficient for your system?
