Hi Colleagues,

Is it possible to use the ADS1118 with a K-Type thermocouple until 1100°C? On the appnote http://www.ti.com/lit/an/sbaa189/sbaa189.pdf there is a table that goes up to 500°C. Is there a reason to this?

Thank you for your query.

Yes, you can use a K-Type Thermocouple until 1100°C without any issues. I do not see a reason why the reference design show table and output results till 500°C only.
