ADS54J66EVM: How to set Lane number "2" with ADS54Jxx GUI?

Hi,

I would like to ask you a question about ADS54J66EVM GUI.

There seems not to be Lane "2" in GUI setting window and there are only 3 LMFS settings as below.

Will you tell me how to set in case of lane "2" ?

Takumi,

There are known issues with the front pages of the GUI that we are working on. Please only use the provided configuration files with this GUI. If there is something you need that does not have a configuration file for, let me and I will generate the files for you.

Hi Jim-san,

I would like to use the setting LMFS=2441..
Could I ask you to generate the files to set this setting, if possible?

ADS54J66_2x_N_2_Fs_16_mode_4_2441.cfgTakumi,

The file is attached. This has the N value set to -2. You can easily change this to another value by editing two lines in the config file. The updated GUI should be available next month.

Thank you very much for your kindness.

Let me confirm you how to reflect this config file for sure.

To loard this file, I think it is OK to use "Load Config" button of "Low Level View" tab as below, correct?

After loading, does the content of "JESD Mode" of "ADS54Jxx" tab change to "LMFS2441" automatically??

Or the display content of "JESD Mode" has a no relation to configulation setting contents??

Takumi,

Copy the config file I sent you yesterday along with the LMK config file attached and place these in the following folder on your PC:

C:\Program Files (x86)\Texas Instruments\ADS54Jxx EVM GUI\Configuration Files.

Follow the instructions in the section called "Setup for Mode 4 Test" of the attached document but use the two files I sent in place of the ones called out in the document.
