ADC14X250EVM: Can I use lower frequency signal for the clock input than presented in the user's guide?

Hello, experts.

The user's guide (SLAU625–November 2015) describes that set a clock input signal generator for 250 MHz and use it as the CLK input for ADC14X250, but unfortunately only 50 MHz signal generator is available for me.

So can I use 50 MHz clock input signal for the ADC?

Huioon, The minimum specified clock frequency in the data sheet is for operation at 50 MSPS. The operation or performance of the device is not guaranteed at a clock frequency below this rate. Additionally the device would have been characterized or tested at this minimum clock frequency up to the maximum clock frequency. There is no information available regarding operation of the device below the minimum clock frequency. Kind Regards, Mark
