ADS4249EVM: Problem with the activation of digital functions (gain, offset correction, test patterns) of ADS4249 on ADS4249EVM

I am working on a similar project , but instead of using an ADC, I am using AFE5809 EVM to configure Cyclone V GX starter kit via HSMC-ADC-Bridge.

Can anyone help me in the interfacing of above components.

The basic idea is to pass analog signal to AFE and then pass the digitized signal to FPGA through HSMC-ADC-bridge.

Do we require TSW1400 EVM for this?

Also how to convert differential ended signal output from AFE to single ended output.

can we control the triggering operations through FPGA like can it control AFE on when to start the conversion and send data and when to stop it.

Shyam,

You do not require TSW1400EVM to configure the AFE5809EVM.

Regarding the outputs of the AFE, I am assuming that you are referring to the LVDS channels.
If you are using the Cyclone V GX FPGA, you can directly interface the LVDS channels to the FPGA.

For the triggering operations, you can use the TX_SYNC_IN pin or MANUAL_TX_TRIG register bit to initiate a transmission.
There is no signal to indicate the end of transmission.

The QAR file you provided ,contains verilog code

Shyam,

In the AFE5809EVM, the device is configured using the SPI of the FTDI chip through the PC based GUI.
We do not have the VHDL code for the AFE interface.
