ccsv6.2 compiler installation from ccs app ERROR

YES,for all it is showing error for all install.............

 If it is all updates, you may want to check your proxy settings

My system is not with proxy settings,it is DHCP........

the screen shot now for C6000 compiler,because i deleted the cache folder from ccs6\p2\..

Please take a look at the Error Log and see if it provides additional clues as to why the update failed. It is the .log file in the .metadata directory within your workspace.

If you attach it here we could also check to see if it provides any details.
