Hi Champs,

I have a customer issue for compiling assembly code on C66x with TI CGT, Keystone I or II device doesn't matter. The customer don't want to share the code/CCS project on public E2E.

I have the code/CCS project already from customer: which includes one .sa file. When compiled in release with compiler 8.2.2 the compiler crashes (with 7.4.22 it doesn’t crash).

Please help for this.

    Please show us the exact text of the "crash." Exactly what happens? Do you get a dialog box? Is this on Windows? Does it happen every time?

    You are welcome to send it to me by e-mail.  I presume that will give me enough information to file a bug report.  Once that is done, I'll post the ID number of that entry.

    Thank you for sending in a test case.  I can reproduce the error.  I filed CODEGEN-4525 in the SDOWP system to have this investigated.  Unlike most such entries, this one is not marked public, and so it cannot be tracked.
