DLP4500: Problem loading images from Flash with C++ code

Part Number: DLP4500
Other Parts Discussed in Thread: DLPC350

Hello!

I am trying to write my own C++ code to control a DLP4500 Lightcrafter. I started from the Source Code of the GUI (version 4.0.0), working in the Qt environment.

I am able to communicate with the device and modify most of the parameters (source, trigger, exposure time, ...), using the functions of the Source Code.

What I am not yet able to do, it is to load one image from the internal Flash memory, and have it displayed on the DMD.

I built the firmware using the GUI, and loaded my own images onto the Flash, and everything works fine with the GUI.

I have the feeling I did not grasp how to use the functions that take an Index as input and then load the corresponding image stored in the Flash. For example there are the "LoadImageIndex" and the "SendImageLut", which seem to be meant to do so, but I am not quite sure I am using them correctly.

Are you able to give me some hints? I hope I have made myself clear enough.

Thanks a lot!

Luca
