Good Day. We have received a report from our customer that the HDMI port of DLPLCR4500EVM evaluation module was broken. Please see attached images from the customer. Can you please confirm if we can replace the evaluation module?

Hi Ray,

If you have the soldering resources available you could replace the HDMI connector on the board.

Good Day. Customer has some few question with regards with his query. Please see below for your reference.

Is there any way in which I can apply for an upgrade I will pay for the difference or extra amount needed. Let me know if any other solution other than soldering is possible.

How was the HDMI port broken? I recommend you contact TI store support if you are looking for a unit replacement.
