We know that we can turn on and turn off an individual pattern using trigger in 2 and we can adcance to the next pattern using inpout trigger 1, however we cant ge t it to start and stop or advance. Does the Input triggers need to be powered in the same way as the output triggers, also is our understanding of the triggering correct? We want it to play 1 image ten times before going to the next image and do that with one pattern then be able to do that for however many patterns we need and we wanted to know if that was possible using the GUI or Python.

  • Hi Kevin Hicks,

Yes, Trigger inputs needs to be powered properly to work. Make sure voltage level selector Jumpers are placed in correct position.
Trigger input should be enabled in GUI.
Refer to section "1.5.2 DLP LightCrafter 6500 Trigger Input and Output Voltage Selectors" in EVM user's guide https://www.ti.com/lit/pdf/dlpu028

Pattern repeats are not controller by Trigger input signals.
Overall there are only two options available. Either play entire patter sequence once or repeat the entire pattern sequence.
