Our DLPNIRNANOEVM has stopped working. The NIRScan Nano GUI software indicates that the sensor is not connected even when it is plugged in (we are using the USB option to power the sensor - the cable is new). While plugged in, the green power indicating LED does not turn on. For a brief time when the sensor initially stopped working, a red LED would flash instead of the green LED, but now no LED turns on. This sensor arrived only recently, so if this is not an issue that you can help us fix we would be interested in receiving either a replacement or a refund.
