Hello,

I would like to know if there is any technical documentation about the design of the heatsink connected to the LEDs.

If not, can you provide the amout of heat considered to its design?

Hi Carlos,

the optical engine along with the heatsink is designed and provided by a third party Anhua Optoelectronics. We do not have any technical documentation for the heat sink specifically. you can reach out to Anhua directly. https://www.ti.com/dlp-chip/display-and-projection/pico-chipsets/buy-optical-engine/optical-module.html However these large OMM manufactures are notorious for not responding to individuals

I would recommend you look at section 7.9 Micromirror array temperature calculation in the DLP3010 datasheet, which discusses how to calculate the necessary cooling for the DMD.
