DLPNIRNANOEVM: Noise

Part Number: DLPNIRNANOEVM

HI,

I'm have several questions about the DLPNIRNANOEVM.

  • I find a linearity graph in the data sheet about the detector of the EVM(Hamamatsu G12181-010K).  The linearity of the detector decrease when the incident level increase. So I want to know the typical incident light level in the DLPNIRNANOEVM.

  • What's more, can I caculate the incident light level with the intensity in scan result?

Thanks in advance

  • Hi,

I don't think we are able to give a "typical" incident light intensity. this will vary with the scan type, pixels per column, and the reflectance of the sample. you may be able to estimate this value based on these factors.

You wont be able to calculate absolute value of the light level using this intensity plot. the light intensity in the GUI is shown in arbitrary units (AU) .This only shows the ratio of intensities across wavelength.

Why are you interested in calculating incident light level?
