DLP6500FYE: DLP LightCrafter6500EVM can not connect via USB to GUI

Hi， my LightCrafter6500 can not connect to the GUI，while the DMD can normally display images when startup.

when I tried to use UM232H to program bootloader , there is some mistake messages as below .

Please help to solve this problem ,tks .

    Hi,

    If DMD is displaying images at the startup, this indicates DMD and DLPC900 controller EVM boards are proper.

    There could be issue with USB cable or Issue with the PC connected.

    Can you please share the GUI Screenshot to see the connection status.
    Have you tried with different USB cable/ Restarting PC/ Try connecting with another PC.

    No Need to update the Bootloader at this stage. Since DMD is displaying images at the startup, Firmware running on DLPC900 controller is proper.

    And UM232H is not wired properly. Check the cable length and Connections again. For Lightcrafter6500 EVM, there should be only one rectangular box shown in JTAG programmer application.
