DLPNIRNANOEVM: Issue with setting Hadamard Scan

Hello,

I am developing Labview code for controlling the TIDLPNIRNANOEVM. But when I try to create a Slew scan configuration with Hadamard it gives an error as given in the attached screenshot. I cannot change the value of resolution from 3. For Column scan it works fine. Can you please tell me what is the reason for it and how I can solve it?

Hello,

No it is from the DLP NIRScan Nano GUI. I am just trying to change the scan configuration. But now I cannot create a scan with Hadamard. Because it doesn't allow me to change the resolution and gives an error when I try to do it.

All configuration settings fail once I choose Hadamard in Method section. Column scan works fine. For example the ss below. Now I cannot increase the resolution and if I try to use this resolution then it gives me an error as shown in the picture above.

Moeen,

I was able to perform the same tests above with the same configuration and I did not encounter any problems creating or saving the configuration to my nirScan Nano. Have you ensured that you are using the latest version for all of your software (GUI, DLPC PROM, TIVA SW, etc.)?

Hello, I did some trouble shooting and I found that there is some problem with my TIVA board. So, it is a hardware related issue I think. So, can you please tell me if I can order TIVA board separately and not the whole sensor? I haven't found any information on it online.

Hello Moeen,

TI does not sale replacement part or offer repair services for the EVMs. The warranty on EVMs is for 90 days. , you ask for RMA if your EVM is in warrenty period.
