What is the wavelength respond for the mirrors in the DLP160?
Do you have a spectrum diagram from 0,3µm to 10µm?

The DLP160 DMD family is intended for display applications involving visible light. Is there any specific application of this DMD you are looking into ?

I have found more information on your question.

The DLP160CP has ~89% reflectivity on visible light. For NIR or ultraviolet applications, please see our light control chipset here: https://www.ti.com/dlp-chip/advanced-light-control/overview.html.
