I am looking for a mount that is able to hold the DMD and Evaluation board.

Does Texas Instrument sell any mounts or related products for this purpose? If so, Could you recommend it?

Hi Myunggi Ji,

We do have third party suppliers that have modules on ti.com. It is possible one of them can provide the mechanical mounts you are asking about (either full module or portions).

Towards the bottom of this link, you will see references to DLi, Vialux, Wintech, and a third party search tool:

All of the design houses have a lot of experience with our technology and should be able to provide positive feedback for your application.

To get more information, I brought the picture from Google for the mechanical mounts for the DLP evaluation board and DMD itself.

We already have all devices, and we want to fix the whole device on the optical table.

So, do they have these kinds of mechanical mounts for this one?

I accessed the website but I couldn't find any of this one.

Hi Myunggi Ji,

The boards that TI offers for the DLP7000 are similar to the boards you show in your picture. You can contact some of them to see if they offer mounts where the DMD is 45° pm the board. but as far as I am aware this is the typical board arrangement

I agree that a mount where the DMD is 45° to the mounting board makes the optical breadboard mounting simpler. For TI and our Design Partners, this would be a custom build.
