DLPLCR67EVM: CAD provided does not match product

The product has white plastic layer between the ceramic and PCB. This is absent in the CAD and makes the depth of the thermal interface incorrect.

Can you clarify which "CAD" file(s) you are referring to and where you obtained them.

I verified that the link you found on ti.com is not up to date. The STP file should look like this:

The STP is rather large, so we are working on getting it loaded to ti.com.
