Hi Team,

According to the manual, the device has to be static charge free and our customer is asking if during mounting do they still need to keep it free of charge as well or not? If yes what would be the best material to use?

Can they use a regular box instead?

    Nice to meet you. I am attaching a DMD Handling pdf as well as a Mounting Hardware Reference Guide. Both are found on ti.com, and describe the handling of the DMD as well as a mounting design concept for the DLP9500.

    Yes, the strongly encourage the customer to follow the handling guidelines for proper use of a wrist strap during handling, as well as using appropriate materials for an industrial application.
