DLPA3005: Output current accuracy of ILLUMINATION DRIVER block

Hi,

I would like to know the output current accuracy of ILLUMINATION DRIVER A/B of DLPA3005.
The following pins also function as output pins, so please tell me the output current accuracy for these terminals only (not including external circuitry)?

ILLUM_HSIDE_DRIVE(26 pin)
ILLUM_LSIDE_DRIVE(27 pin)
ILLUM_A_SW(31 pin)
ILLUM_B_SW(36 pin)
ILLUM_A_COMP1(38 pin)
ILLUM_A_COMP2(39 pin)
ILLUM_B_COMP1(40 pin)
ILLUM_B_COMP2(41 pin)

I have been looking into the characterization done for the DLPA3005 but have so far been unable to find the accuracies for the listed pins.

Can you speak on your need to know these accuracies?

My customer has an inspection item related to output current value in the outgoing inspection of their board with DLPA3005.
To define this inspection reference value, they need the output current accuracy of each pin that I have inquired about.
Are the maximum and minimum values of output current also defined?

Hi Vivek-san,

It is understandable that there is no regulation for measuring the current value, since it is affected by external circuits.
But, Is there any provision for the DLPA internal circuitry involved in controlling that current value? For example, reference voltage to control the internal circuitry. etc...
