Hi Expert,

I see that the DLPC120 need 24 bit RGB signal input. The customer would like to use DS90CR286AT-Q1 to generate RGB signal for DLPC120. The DS90CR286AT-Q1 can output LVCMOS RGB signal. Could you please advise if DS90CR286AT-Q1 can work pair with DLPC120-Q1? Thanks

    I was wondering if you had any more information on what their source data will be?

    Currently we have the following setup in our system design but from what I understand from your question, the customer is seeking to replace the TFP401 with the DS90CR286AT-Q1?

    Actually from our customer's system, the image source path is : imx(SoC, oLDI)-->DS90CR286AT-q1(converting oLDI to LVCMOS RGB)-->DLPC120.

    Hi Elec,

    After discussing with the system engineer on our team, the DS90CR286AT-Q1 seems like it will work. The DS90CR286AT-Q1 has the required VSYNC, HSYNC, DE, and CLK signals that match the interface of the DVI to DLPC120 as seen from the schematic.

    Additionally the DLPC120 max clock is only 40MHz with the DS90CR286AT-Q1 having a max of 66MHz.
