Hello Grzegorz,

We suspect this to be some flex connection related issue. Can you please ask the end user to verify that the connection is tightly in place for the flex cable. Kindly also ask them to project internal Test Patterns and check if same behavior persists.

Lastly, please let us know the purchase date of the EVM.
