WDST-3P-PRO6600: Cannot open USB driver: no projectors available when I try to download flash loader in DLPC4422.

Hi Team,

Our customer can't established a connection to a WDST-3P-PRO6600 projector. The error message is: Cannot open USB driver: no projectors available when I try to download flash loader in DLPC4422. According to our customer,

I am following the DLPC4422GUI user guide
I have ensured communication is to USB in the DLPC4422GUI software but have been unsuccessful in completing the start up instructions
I have downloaded the DLPC4422GUI, DLP660TE, and the code composer suite. I am following the DLPC4422GUI user guide to complete the initial tool configuration but have not been able to establish a connection between the projector and software.
Can you please suggest some troubleshooting guide?

    Hello Danilo,

    The WDST-3P-PRO6600 is a projector from Wintech. This is not TI hardware, although our chipsets are incorporated into the design.

    Has the customer contacted Wintech? This would be the first priority.
