I would like to ask what is the maximum steering angle per unit tme that can be achieved by a single -perhaps custom made- mirror that you can provide.

    Hello Katerina,

    As a point of reference, you can look at the DLP5500 micromirror crossover time.  It is specified as 22us maximum (see page 17 of the DLP5500 data sheet).  TI's DLP technology development is based on an array of micromirrors vs a single mirror.

    Can you share a bit more information on what you are developing?
