    Payu,

    The DMD which you need is the DLP5500. Please see http://ti.com/mems and you will see a box "MEMS Devices". In that box, click on "0.55 XGA Chipset".  This will take you to a page where you can select the DLP5500 DMD. Click on "Sample & Buy". This will take you to a page where you can select a distributor in your region. You will need to purchase through your distributor.

    It's ok I can find it, But the sale price very very high, 650US per pcs, May we can buy the new projector one,

    Can you advice partner that can provide lower cost?

    Payu,

    The price which you mention sounds like it is for the complete chipset. Is this what you need? Or do you just need a replacement DMD? If so, which projector do you need this DMD for? If you need a replacement for one in your projector, you should contact the manufacturer of the projector directly.
