I am looking for a frequency synthesizer that generates a frequency ramp:
Ramp is between 6 to 7 GHz with a speed of 2.5Mz/sec
In more detail: We want to change the frequency from 6.8GHz to 6.8025GHz so it is a very short ramp but the phase relation within these 2.5MHz needs to be deterministic and cannot be random.
The phase relation needs to be deterministic throughout the ramp (it does not need to be phase coherent between multiple ramps), can you suggest a device to me?
