Hello Ghee,
Where you able to program the patterns with your Pattern Order setup? If yes, please ignore the warning, it just states that the timings have not been verified.
The recommendation is to verify whether the user input timings are supporting by successfully programming the patterns, after this you can save the pattern to file.

Hi,
I need to save the Pattern to file which will used for Pattern Data File in Edit Firmware. So may I know how to validate the Timing? Even having this error, SDK also able generate a binary file. But I fail to load the binary file.
Thanks
Hello User,
It seems like that you were able to save pattern to a binary file. When you said that you fail to load the binary file, are you using Firmware -> Edit Firmware -> Advanced -> Pattern Data File to upload the binary file? Do you see any error message?
What version of DLP EVM GUI version are you using?
Regards,
Lori
Hi,
My DLP EVM GUI version is 3.1.0.7. When using Firmware -> Edit Firmware -> Advanced -> Pattern Data File to upload the binary file, it didn't show any error but also didn't project any images (maybe is batch file setup problem).
When I try load pattern from file as following figure, it will show error and fail to load the pattern (projected pattern same as previous pattern).
Thank You
Hello User,
Thank you for the information!
We have noticed a known issue with the Edit Firmware tool, including uploading pattern data file. We are in the process of fixing the issue, and will release a new GUI version, but we don't have an exact release timeline.
To verify the timing of the patterns, you are able to use Trigger out signals in Pattern Control page and measure them with an oscilloscope. After verified, please check if you are able to load pattern.

Lori
