Part Number: DLP230NP

DLP230NP .23 1080P DMD we use so far in factory, that DMD has blemish happened after this some DMD units was clearing, that blemish is still happened.

May I know this DMD spec? about blemish issue. 

I use gray10 or  blue60 pattern to check image projection on screen, blemish cannot be accept by customer.

Thus, we need TI DLP support to clear blemish on the DMD or any official letter from TI DLP could share me follow?

    Welcome to the E2E forum and thank you for your interest in DLP® technology!

    The specs for the DLP230NP DMD can be found in the DMD's datasheet. In particular I would point you to the sections for recommended operating conditions on page 7.

    Can you speak more on how this blemish appears? Is it possible to share an image of the artifact?
