Dear TI,

I am writing to report a problem with the DLPC900 chip that has been occurring since the firmware version 5.0.1. The issue is that when in the Pattern mode(pre-stored and on-the-fly), if I set any parameters for the LED driver, the DLPC900 crashes during the repeat playback. However, if I do not set any parameters for the LED driver, the chip functions normally.

This is a problem for our application, as we need to set the parameters for the LED driver in order for our system to work properly. I was wondering if you could provide a solution for this issue.

I would like some more details here:

The FW and GUI version you are currently using.
Are there any error messages from the GUI, when this crash happens?
Is the heartbeat LED blinking every 1s when this happens?
What LED driver parameters are you setting here?

The FW and GUI version you are currently using. ans: FW:6.1.0 GUI:5.1.0
Are there any error messages from the GUI, when this crash happens? ans: None, Crash directly
Is the heartbeat LED blinking every 1s when this happens? ans: No
What LED driver parameters are you setting here? ans: LED Current & Inver PWMI did some additional tests to address this issue.
1. If the [Invert PWM] option is set it will crash
2. If only [LED current] option is set, in pre-stored mode, update LUT will show "Sending pattern LUT size failed! Error：pattern BMP Image 0 not found”，But the image has been added inside the firmware.

DLPC900 + DLP6500FYE, our own design has canceled HDMI and other video interfaces.
