Hi,
I took the DLPC4710EVM-LC board as reference to recreate from gerbers my own boards
now i have assembled the boards also with required BOM
Kindly help me in programming the different parts of the board kindly answer the following
1. Cypress IC: This will need to be programmed , what is the programming interface here , how to flash ?
2. EDID: This will be needed for the parallel input especially the ITE IC.
This need to be programmed with supported resolutions right ? provide file to be flashed for this ? what is the programming interface here ? how to flash the EDID on the ITE IC ?
3. MSP430: i know the code is available on the EVM's page at TI.com and will need to be used with the ITE IC.
Kindly let me know flashing mechanism and tools requried to flash the MP430 variant present on the board, does the board has provisions of doing ?
4. On DMD board that i removed from DLPC kit has two memory ICs of MPN W25Q32JV
what is the purpose of this ICs ? does DLPC board checks for any code from DMD baord ?
5. Is there any software part which is not in control of TI here ? i hope everything is available, kindly let me know in advance
as you know i am trying to recreate DLPC kit completely for our optics engine.
6. one more important thing is there are two DLPC controller, as i assume two DLPCs control the DMD parallelly, so do they requrie seperate file to be flashed seperately ?
