DLP5531Q1EVM: the system is busy

When I was using DLP5531Q1EVM, the DLP control program told me that it was always in BOOTLOADER mode. I want to get the system information to tell me the system is busy. What causes this to happen？

Can you tell me more details about your hardware? Are you using the TI EVM? Usually the system stays in BOOTLOADER mode if TSTPT0 input to the DLPC230 is held high:
