Could you please supply us the 'layout component package' for the PCB of the EVM, that I didn't find in the TITA-080005 reference design.

    Are you referring to bill of materials (BOM)? 

    If I'm understanding correct, the BOM is in TIDA-080005 reference design.

    The 'PCB layout component package' means a kind of documents which is devolped by ALLEGRO(PCB layout software)  with the  name extention *.dra.

    Could you help me keep tring to look for this document ?

    Hello John,

    I asked about all the components , because we developed a custom PCB used most of the same components  on the EVM PCB.

    The custom PCB deleted some functions and connectors that we did not need.  We ask for  the component package documents in order to reduce the develope cycle.

    Hello Alex,

    The reference design TIDA-080005 contains all the design files that we shared with the customers. 

    If you already checked the Gerber file that contains information on physical board layer of design PCB and cannot find the information you need, then we may don't have the information.

    Hello Lori,

    I got to know from TI public information that the EVM is designed and manufactured by YOUNG Optics Company , could you help us to ask for the

    component package document from them? 

    I have seen that TI experts asked for some undisclosed document from YOUNG OPTICS and provied it to customer .So, it waked up me the idea that  if you

    could  do the same.

    I know it brings some troubles to you. If it is difficult for you to do so , I would still be grateful to you.

    Hello Alex,

    For clarify, the optical module in the EVM is designed and manufactured by Young Optics. The optical module contains the DMD board, LEDs, and optical module interfaces. It will not include all the components that shown in the PCB board. If you will need information from Young optics about the optical module, you can use DLP-OMM-SEARCH tool to find their information. 

    Unfortunately, we don't own the .dra files for Allegro.

    Meanwhile, can we have more information about your application on DLP4710EVM-LC?

    Hello Lori，

    It is a bad news for us that you could not supply the .dra file. This will lead to longer develope cycle for us.

    We use the EVM as a fringe projector for 3D scanning. That is, called the structured light projector.
