DLPDLCR471TPEVM: Error when updating flash image

Hello,

Im trying to update flash image for DLPDLCR471TPEVM by using the DLP EVM GUI 3.1.0.7, where I want to add my own splash images. It only generates error.

I follow the steps under "Edit Firmware". In step 2 I have tried both adding my own splash images and also skipping the splash image update and use factory default.

In step 3 I use the settings as in the picture below.

In step 4 (Advanced) I do nothing and leave the batch file boxes empty.

When I click "Finish" it takes a while and then a popup with text "Generate flash image file Failed". As I said this happen whether I use my own splash images in step 2, or clicking the checkbox for skipping splash image update and use factory default.

In the file directory I can see a flash image is created but it's only around 3 kB and when I flash firmware with that one the projector stays in bootloader mode.

Why can't I edit the flash image? It's possible to achive this with DLPDLCR471TPEVM projector right?
