DLPDLCR3310EVM: Can I use my own LED and project normally

What is the model of your Red LED or do you have more information? What do you mean by unplug the power of the RGB LED is there a specific cable or connection you are disabling? You can refer to the user guide or design files.

I unplugged the wires connecting the three RGB LEDs to the circuit board. The purpose is that I only want to let the LED I changed light up, and the way I light up that LED is not to use the circuit board, but to use another The wiring provides power, and at this time the entire projection module cannot be driven normally

Can I ask what purpose are you trying to change out the LEDs or what is the reasoning or design decision? 

This would be a difficult process as you also would need to reconfigure and make new connections to ensure the new LEDs are connected/synchronized with the existing system.

Because the current LED wavelength on the projection system is not what I want, so I have to replace it with other wavelength LEDs. I only need to display one color LED, so I made the above adjustments. Can I use a resistor to replace the original connection? LED? Or can you provide me a better way

Is the plan to replace the LED in the optical engine? This may be possible if the new LED has a similar forward voltage and package. However, the task to swap this out and connect may be challenging.

Your plan seems to be to bypass the existing LEDs and drive the replacement LED separately. This would result in poor image quality and likely a reduced expected lifetime for the DMD.
