DLP3310: DLP LightCrafter Display 3310 EVM kit malfunction

Part Number: DLP3310
Other Parts Discussed in Thread: DLPA3000

Hi Dear,

Our customer has purchased DLP LightCrafter .The development board for Display 3310 EVM is currently being tested using the two LDs attached as the driven light sources.

The specific connection method is to connect two LDs in parallel and then connect them to the blue on the development board display board respectively_ J9 socket, after powering on, turn on the projector switch SW2, and the two parallel LDs flash, and then there is no light output. Return to the original development board state connection method, and the LED of the kit cannot be driven. Using a digital multimeter test, it was found that the VLed (LED_ANODE network) voltage of the DLPA3000 is short circuited to ground.

Is it not possible to connect two parallel LD diodes in this way?
