Hi,
I have a customer who uses DLP9500BFLN and found that the MSL is level-NC-NC-NC. What does that mean, please?
How does the customer need to store these devices? Do you have relevant documents that you can explain?
Thank you~

Hello Rhea,
Thank you for reaching out and using the E2E forums!
MSL level-NC-NC-NC means no moisture rating since moisture cannot enter into the package. This is why the MSL rating is N/A for the DLP9500BFLN DMD. To view more information, please refer the Plastic Package Moisture-Induced Cracking and MSL Rating / Reflow application notes.
