On the datasheet of DLP230GP, it seems not show the power consumption with a number (section 6.6 Electrical Characteristics), can you help share it with me?

In parallel, I also want to understand what image did you set for the current consumption?
From my understanding, the current of DMD may be different for different color on the image, based on the status of each micromirror.
For example, will the current be the lowest for a black screen and will the current be the highest for a white screen?
Is it correct?
If so, even with a black screen, I think there will be some basic current for LVDS receiver(seems to be current of VDDI).
is there any other current consumption in that lowest current state?

Hello Don,
That is correct. The image content does cause a difference in power consumption. We will see what is known about the test case for the DMD, though we cannot guarantee this information will be available to us.
The Augmented Reality and Power-Sensitive Applications on 343x Application Note may answer your questions. Section 5 of the publication contains information on DMD power consumption along with other DLP® circuitry.

n addition, I'd like a maximum current consumption number of DLP230GP as a reference(to learn the tolerance). Can you help provide this number to me?
You can use the max current in the DLP230GP or DLP230NP datasheet in table 6,6. That should be a very representative for system design.
