Hello Jingwen,
Check the power supply. Make sure that it is 5V (within tolerance). Perhaps check the Pico Kit on another power supply.
Do you have anything connected to the Pico Kit v2 AUX connector? Have you tried starting the Pico Kit without the HDMI cable, or anything else, connected?
Otherwise, it is possible the kit has broken down. If it continues to refuse to work, please contact the distributor from which you bought it. The Pico Kit v2 is sold and supported by distributors, not by TI.
Best regards,
Pascal
Hi Pascal,
Thanks a lot for your professional reply.
The power of the Kit is supported by the official DC adapter in the Kit package, and I used another 5V DC power, but the Kit still has any response.
I also pulled out all the external cables (HDMI, AUX) and tried to start the Kit, but failed.
And I noticed that the LED seems abnormal, it looks like red or yellow. In normal condition, it is green, right? I browsed the kit users' guide, there is no troubleshooting section to mention this phenomenon.
I bought the Kit from Digi-Key, the official distributor linked from TI website, and I contacted the custom service of Digi-Key, they told me that they were not in charge of maintenance and asked me to contact the manufacturer, which confused me.

Jingwen
