Part Number: DLP3010EVM-LC

We purchased this order directly from TI.COM and we contact CSC team for assisant. This order was from July.

We tested the product, when it arrived and out of box, RED LED is not turning ON.

They told us to try with fireware for this issue but still RED LED is not turning ON.

We want to get replacment for this order.

Hello Yeom,

I am sorry you are facing this issue. Please make ensure that LED cable is firmly secured. If this does not resolve the problem, it is very likely hardware. Please request for RMA . The EVM has 90 day warranty and it is still in warranty if purchased in July.

Thank you for the reply.

We checked the LED Cable and could not resolve the issue.

Also requested RMA but got declined twice,

1st reason is that its out of warranty even though it was purchased in July throught TI.com

2nd reason the contact customer support. we been contacting CSC team for this issue.

We need replacement ASAP....
