DLP NIRscan Nano EVM - TMP006 Error

TMP006 Error: Reset error (image bellow).

How to fix it? I am an end user of the device and cannot find any information about the issue that could help me resolve it. Can anyone from the community help me resolve this issue?

    Hi Daniel,

    Please check if you are able to read the photo detector temperature in utilities tab. If you do see the photodetector data as 0. It would mean that the I2C connection to the detector board is not proper. Hence you are seeing the Reset error because I2C has timeout without any response and the TIVA I2C bus was not able to be closed. 

    Please re-connect between the J2 header in TIVA board and J1 header of Detector board . After re-connecting the headers please check the connectivity is proper.
