Hi! Good day!

I dont know if this is the right pace to post regarding our concern.

We really need help about our acer DLP's DMD replacement if how our company can buy a new for replacement. Our 1 year old DLP's DMD become defective. we would like to know or ask the forum for some advice or assistance if where we can acquire or order for replacement.  Our technical people from the company tried and able to evaluate and examine the defective parts is the DMD.

We are also having a problem on how to determine the part number of it. We have also tried "googling" it if we can find relevance according to the number located on the chip but still no luck. Any help will be a great help for us!  thank you so much!

    You will need to contact Acer (the projector manufacturer) regarding a replacement DMD.  Perhaps it is still under warranty?  I hope so.

    hi! leigh.

     

    I did that already but I get annoyed of their automated reply.  They keep asking me the product serial numbers which they will just tell you that I provided them the invalid one.  In fact, I have given them what is written on the the projector's cover/casing. I also provided them SNID. But they told me that was invalid serial number or SNID.  Anyway, thanks for the reply..
