DLPNIRNANOEVM: what could be the reason for big deviation from dark scan curve frequently?

Hi,

I'm tried to unplug the connector with the black/red wires so to disable the built-in lamp and test the dark scan curve, it was successful, but I found that there's 1/5 ~ 1/10 percent scan is with an abnormal intense, up to ~300. For a dark scan without light source, I think it should have such high intense. Could you help to check if there's method to improve?
