Hi,
In table 9-4 of the datasheet, Resistor - Bandgap Reference has a minimum value 42.2 (1%). Is it the only value I can use? Can I choose a larger one?

Hello Zehui,
Thank you for reaching out and using the E2E forums! An expert from our team will review the thread and get back to you shortly.
Hello Zehui -
Yes, you should be able to choose a larger value. 42.2 kOhm was selected for a 6" LVDS cable, so increasing the value would reduce the margin. What size resistor are you planning to use? We would recommend 43 kOhm or similar.

Ross
Hello Zehui -
The drive strength of this DMD sub-LVDS interface is inversely proportional to this resistor. So 42.2 kOhms would provide the max available drive strength. Increasing the resistor value means the trace length likely needs to decrease.

Ross
